• Sort —> Date ascending
• Date: starting date and end date of your module/class

• View your lectures/notes
• Table view:today, this week, upcoming, or all
• Calendar view
• Done: only when you review your lecture in box 3

• Gallery for all assignments which is not completed
• Tips:
  • Total percentages per module is 100%

• Show your tasks
• My tasks: Today, Upcoming: This will automatically show the tasks you have assigned for the present day. It is sorted by priority, status (done task at the end) and effort (energy level). To see all your tasks, including completed tasks, change the view to "All"
• All tasks: These are all your tasks which are not Done
• Give me a date: These are the tasks without a date assigned to it. Try dragging a task from the list to the calendar.
• On-hold: These are the tasks with the status On-hold
• Calendar: There's 2 views: "When" is when you want to complete or work in your task and "Deadline" just shows your deadlines.
• Tips:
  • Use Template: Normal task, Important task, Meeting, On-hold
  • Related to Lecture, Assignment: use mention @

Leitner system (spaced repetition)

• Review your notes, lectures
• Right answer —> drag to next box
• Wrong answer —> drag to reset (date=today, box=1)
• Box 3 + right —> Done
• Add new box: edit formula in Review day
• Box 1 cards once a day, Box 2 every 3 days, and the Box 3 cards every 5 days.
